They are equally effective. The Myo-Inositol Capsules contain the exact same powder in each capsule that is in the Myo-Inositol Powder. The advantages of the Capsules are that they are easy to take, and the measurement is very exact because each capsule contains 500 mg. The advantages of the Powder is that it's less expensive per serving, and also allows for more flexibility in dosage. The disadvantage is that it's a (little) harder to take, since it needs to be mixed with liquid. However, Myo-Inositol mixes easily, and has a relatively neutral taste. If you find the taste at all unpleasant, you can mask the taste with juice.

Which brand if inisitol is corn free?

Inositol is derived from Phytin, which is a derivative of corn. Phytin is processed to the point where it's nearly unheard of for someone with a corn allergy to have any reaction to Inositol. As far as we know, since all commercially produced Inositol is dervied from Phytin, there is no such as corn-free Inositol available.

After a few months of myo-inositol, my cycles were regulated. They were still long, but they were predictable.
