What are you taking it for? I am taking it as a preventative cancer measure. It does make me sleepy too, but not my primary purpose.

Why is the capsule a different color? They are white now and they used to be brown

The color may vary based on the rice fiber used from white to light brown color. All melatonin is made in our cgmp facility and tested many times thru out the process to ensure high quality products.

Does this come in 5 or 10 mg?

This particular product is only available in a 60 mg size. There are several other manufacturers who make a good 5 or 10 mg melatonin. You may search for those from Douglas Labs or Klaire Labs but many will show up if you do a search.
