I use 2L of oxygen at night and have found it's sooooo much cheaper to buy the tubing on Amazon than it is to get it from the CPAP place. These are a great buy and fit well. They last every night for about 2 months, and then I just replace them. It's not that it stops working, but the tube loses its softness and flexibility. So if you notice that behind your ears is starting to hurt, just change your tubing, and it should fix it. These are my go-tos! Very comfortable in the nose and on the face for sure.

Best cost I have found. Nose piece is a bit less ergonomic. Appreciate the adapters, never think about them until its 10pm and you can't find one.

These nasal cannula are much softer and more comfortable than competing oxygen products. This product helps prevent skin breakdown over the top of the ear, along the face, upper lip, and in the nares. Stays softer much longer too (longer than ordinary cannula which tend to dry out and become hard). Be sure to remove your cannula occasionally throughout the day, cleanse your skin, and apply a water based lotion.

I bought these cannulas on Amazon because my wife was running out and didn't want to set up an appointment with her pulmonologist just to get her respiratory supply company to ship her some. She said these are softer and more comfortable than the ones she was using and she likes the tab that helps orient the tubes in her nose better.

Being on Oxygen at night I found out quickly that these nose tubing get hard and hurt the nose. These tubes are soft and do harden over time but I noted I am getting about 5 days longer out of these end tubing than ones supplied by my oxygen distributor.

The nose pieces are not comfortable as the plastic is not rounded at the tips. They are very flimsy as well. I ordered the medical brand through my doctor's office, which need a prescription. Much more comfortable and doesn't irritate the skin. For anyone else having the problem of the nosepiece getting hard, I was told to rinse every morning (I stick it in a tall glass of water) and the nosepiece stays soft much longer!
