Great for stretching
I've bought it for pre and post workout stretching but I saw that my wife is using it for strength resistance training and assisted pull ups. It's very useful. It's thick and nice resistance. I recommend it.

Excellent value pack
Feel like good quality bands, have been using them at the gym frequently for quite some time and they are holding on very well even when put under a decent amount of strain. Good value pack, really happy with these.
