Very bright, with 4 led lights on it! Great lights! However, make sure you have the ring part of the 2 part mason jar lids, these wont screw on by themselves, they are the flat lid part only. They were actually a bit over bright for my purpose lol. I have a beautiful blue/green/purple streaked blown glass globe solar light that was a gift from my daughter, but the solar light part quit working. The globe is about 12 inchs, but the opening is about 3 inches. These wide mouth mason jar solar light lids were just the right size! And very similar to what was originally used on the globe. Altho the original had a plastic friction fit seal ring, like on large jar candles, which these dont have. A simple thin bead of silicone caulking worked perfectly tho! Walla, new/old solar light! :)

Have had 3 ceramic lanterns for about 8 years but 2 didn't last much more than a year. Used these to replace the solar powered light because they were the same wide-mouth jar-size. These do not have the weather-proof housing that tightly fit like the old solar cell, batteries and light. So as to thickness, they are nice and thin and sit nicely in place of the old ones but do not have the weather-proofing. The ceramic lanterns are protected on a covered patio and in drier Arizona weather. They still get enough Arizona sun too. So I can enjoy my lanterns again.

I have bought several things from Kentucky Home Brands, and I haven't been disappointed yet! These solar jar inserts are great! They are bright white light, not yellow, and look amazing! They fit the wide mouth mason jars, and they are great for that, but I used them to replace some solar inserts on a couple of solar lantern jars bought from another store that had quit working. Popped the old inserts out, popped these in, and voila! A quick inexpensive fix so that I didn't have to replace those expensive solar lanterns! I highly recommend both these inserts and Kentucky Home Brand products in general.

These are not worth the price, but work okay. In the 2 pack I received, one of the lights works well and provides a bright white light. The second did not work for the first several nights, and so far is inconsistent. The lights sit next to each other and should provide the same light. The batteries are installed in a way that does not allow replacement, beware when buying these should be considered disposable.

Does not fit the wide mouth jars. Had to super glue it to the lid and then super glue it to the Jar. NOT GOOD AT ALL DO NOT BUY IT IF YOU WANT TO USE IT FOR A WIDE MOUTH JAR

When I got them I put them in direct sunlight for about 8 hours so I was a little upset that the lights didn't come on that night. After reading over some of the reviews I realized there was an on/off switch near the lights. The next morning I toggled the switch and let them charge again. That night one came on but the other one didn't so I flipped the switch again and it popped on. They are very bright and exactly what I wanted them to look like. The company was great when I emailed them to figure out what I had done wrong. They were quick to answer and very helpful.

Fit right-in my jars , I am quite pleased!
