Can this be used on a wall?

Hello, the LuxHeat mat has been UL certified for indoor floor heating, we don't recommend using it on walls.

i need is 7 + 4 foot under tile heat bath floor witch one would recommend?

Hello, we have the 10sqft mat which is 6.1 ft long by 20 inches wide, the next size up is 15 sqft, which is 9.1 long ft by 20 inches wide. Alternately we have the loose lay cables which are often better suited for small areas as you have greater design flexibility. You can search Luxheat Floor Heating Systems to see our full selection.

What thermostat can connect to this?

Hello, we recommend using the OJ Microline thermostat. The OJ Microline thermostat, by OJ Electronics, is a 15amp dual voltage, dual sensor, floor heating thermostat with a built-in GFCI. OJ Electronics offer a range of thermostats, from the non-programmable to a top-end Touch Screen Programmable with WiFi capabilities. LuxHeat mats are also available in kit form, including an OJ Thermostat of your choice. I hope this helps.

Can be placed under a pvc rug/mat and use for walkways?

Hello, the Luxheat heating mat is designed for installation below the floor covering (installs on sub-floor), this product is not suited for use under loose rugs or mats.
