I saw an advertisement for a shilajit resin product that explained all the benefits and I wanted to try it but it had a ridiculous price. So I came looking on Amazon and thought in a tiny natural tablet it would be easier to take and less of a taste. All the products in that form had decent pricing but this one a much better value compared to all the rest. I ordered it and decided to give it a try and wow they were right about the benefits of it. Ive only taken it for two days now but I totally feel the difference already. Natural energy boost for sure and as a chronic pain patient I do feel less inflammation in my joints and muscles. I’ll have to update my review after a few weeks of taking it to share how I’m feeling and other benefits I experience but I’m definitely hopeful about it being a great product already and that I will benefit even more from it. The little tablet goes down easy and the little taste from it you experience in the seconds it takes to swallow it isn’t bad at all, just a little earthly. I’m pleasantly surprised it didn’t bother my stomach at all either since I get upset tummy easily. So far it’s been great and I’m very happy I gave this product a chance. Update! So I’ve been taking this product about two weeks now and wow it gives great energy that lasts hours and there’s no jitters or crash. It has increased my metabolism because I haven’t changed my diet at all and I’ve lost 3lbs already which some is water weight because normally my feet and ankles swell constantly from a thyroid condition. I take prescription medication for my thyroid that helps some but not enough which is why I have the swelling. By the third day taking this product my swelling went down and they haven’t been swollen since. My feet normally are swollen to some degree 24/7 and now they aren’t for the first time in months. I never expected this benefit from the product and of course I’m still taking my medication but my doctor sent me for bloodwork and it showed my levels were finally in a better range then teetering boarderline high like usual. In just two weeks I’m seeing incredible benefits that I feel blessed I tried this product. I can finally buy sneakers that will fit with my regular size and not have to buy up or wides. Thank you for this product. Shilajit is the sh!t!

Very good product

These are life. I love them. 4 stars due to packaging. Foil tabs are easy to pop out/accidentally tear. When u see/ do this for a tablet not yet taken, it causes it to react with moisture leaving u with a sticky mess that’s hard to get out of the tab tray. Other than that it’s a good steal of a deal. I’m pregnant and this has been vital in my pregnancy.

Shilajit (the resin from Himalaya and Altai mountains), also known in Russia and Nepal as mumiyo, is known to raise testosterone, boost energy and provide adaptogenic influence within the body where needed. Problems with it, some samples may be contaminated with cadmium, fungus and heavy metals. Another problem - it has a side effect, it raises ferritin levels (ferritin is a protein that stores iron). For people with normal ferritin levels it's not a problem, those with high ferritin should choose another supplement for boosting their testosterone and energy levels. Hig ferritin may cause shortness of breath and inflammation. Because of that side effect, Russian doctors don't recommend taking shilajit for more than a month, advising to cycle it off. I contacted the seller who assured me that the product is not contaminated and works well. It appears to be true since i did not get any rash or allergic reactions. After one month of taking it i started getting morning wood, and sex became much more enjoyable. But at night sometimes i woke up feeling short of breath. My doctor after a few tests confirmed both raised testosterone and ferritin, recommended to discontinue product immediately which i did. That said, product works for main purpose, it appears to be clean, it is in tablets that are easy to take. just check your ferritin levels before taking it and stop after one month, you may renew taking it after a few months.

I’ve been taking Shilajit for a couple years now, especially as I’m pregnant and breastfeeding. It has really helped maintain my mineral stores. My husband takes it as well for the full array of minerals and it stimulates his testosterone production. My cats are also insanely attracted to it and want to lick it and eat it. I was glad to find this brand on amazon as I don’t like buying big brand Shilajit. I always buy Russian Shilajit.

Que d'effets bénéfiques et incroyables !... Disparition totale des douleurs chroniques (dans mon cas, nerf sciatique dans le mollet gauche et douleurs articulaires au niveau des épaules), fini les lourdeurs digestives et les siestes qui en découlaient. La digestion du déjeuner me donnait un coup de pompe l'après-midi et je rentrais du travail HS. Maintenant je quitte le travail aussi frais qu'en milieu de matinée.
