Writing this review in less than a day of using this product.... Liked the fact that this device is made keeping in mind a parent where we need assurance on child's whereabouts as well as allow sufficient control by the parent remotely. You can literally (& remotely) decide the hours when the child will be unable to access any other interesting features on the watch like music, video etc.... And then turn the access back on remotely using your phone when the child is done with home work etc. I initially had trouble setting up the app on phone correctly, but the customer service was very prompt and forthcoming which I very much appreciated, given the product is quite pricy. The only opportunity areas I found were: that the battery drains in less than a day of active usage (we charged twice), the pedometer counts hand movements (while sitting) as well and the fact that the child cannot make a second video call without a 4 min gap from the last video call. The support desk told me the latter is to avoid overheating of the device, which makes sense. All in all both me and my child liked the device, its design, comfort and features provided.

Its been less than 24 hours since I got this watch for my daughter and I can see myself wishing to return this.... The Hardware of the watch is excellent but to say that software is sub-par would be an understatement. It is abysmal ! I would not expect this from a company that gained so much hype and support of Shark Tank investors. Battery life is max 3-4 hours !! The step count is extremely inaccurate and there is no way to configure the watch from the phone application which is the worst in terms of maturity. You simply cannot mark safe zones by searching for a location, you have to physically present at the location so that the application picks it up or manually move to the location and pin it. Adding wifi means typing password on the small screen because the app would not sync the details of the network with the watch ! Overall, its a waste of money till the software is improved !!

I am writing this review after a month and half of active usage. I have bought almost 3-4 kids smart watch for tracking (all Chinese made). None of them had 4G and none of them lasted beyond 2-3 months. No service and no replacements. Finally I bounced upon this watch, it was definitely 3-4 times the cost of the watches I have bought, but it has been worth the money. The primary objective to buy this watch was safety of my kid. Using this watch you can 1. Track your kid (GPS enabled) - most of the Chinese brand track based on Mobile signal triangulation which is very inaccurate. 2. Call (Voice & Video) - Very good call quality 3. Remote audio - you can get a call back from the watch without your kid knowing about it (absolutely a gem of a features) 4. Music player and can connect to your Bluetooth headsets 5. Has some basic chat (with only the contacts created in address book) 6. Very few but nice apps for kids Some of the lowlights 1. Battery life is little low but it is still ok because it will be used by kid only when away which is not usually more than 2-3 hrs 2. A little pricey at this point Other than that loved the product and would recommend anyone who wants the perfect security of their kids with the available options in India market.

Watch is good for kid. Parents can call them on the watch. GPS sometimes is still not reliable. Still ok. Battery lasts max 1 day, so I switch it off when not in use. Some of the functionality should be made available on mobile network like playing games. One more feedback kid cannot video call you until the parent has kept the app open on phone. Kid can make normal voice call, no restrictions on voice call. But I am happy that I can connect with my kid when he is not at home or vice versa.

I had purchased this watch with a high confidence as what they advertised about the watch . They have charged 10k at Amazon and later I saw the watch is available for 9k at first cry with some additional add on discount you can add . The experience: Watch worked well for the first few days and then the charging of the watch became an issue and in another few days it stopped working only and the magnetism of the charger was not working and had to tie it with a rubber band and then it used to get charged , however the battery performance is also not that great. Kids search feature also is not working . Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi on the watch . Network connectivity is poor and sometimes you keep calling but it just does not connect even after showing network in the watch . GPS not giving accurate location Customer service is so poor that they just don’t acknowledge your msg on what’s app no. And also they don’t respond to email for days . They told me I have to send the watch to the service center in Mumbai at my own expense and the watch charger is also not covered in the warranty. It’s been over 20days and counting they have still not fixed the issues and the watch is lying with them and also we are facing so much of discomfort because of that . It’s very very poor company and just don’t care about the customers and have some bad manager managing an even bad product. Watch is still with them that’s why unable to add pictures of the same DONT BUY this I am very frustrated with them and now writing this review .

Watch is awesome. Sheer number of features is surprising. Camera is excellent for the price. Achieves what it was bought for. But there are a couple of cons. Primary one is battery life - a full charge in the morning barely lasts upto bed time. Sometimes the watch resets it's location and shows a point in China.

Pros: • Voice Call (Phone - 4G LTE) - signal reception, mic and speaker is pretty good, protect from stranger calls - pretty good feature • GPS enabled and SOS button - Once pressed, there is no stop option which is good • Video call and Messages (App) - Messages were working perfect, able to see them in app though... Video calls are OK, initial hiccups when my phone is on WIFI mode... working great when both are on mobile • Pedometer - Steps, Distance, Calories - my kid love to see achieving the goals set! • Music and couple of apps - nice addition • Removal detection - very good feature, loved it • Themes and watch faces - per theme there are different watch faces, fixed it seems • App - good features like Safe Zone (you can set geo fencing it seems - not tried yet.. will give it a try), history to see how where your kid travelled, care time and class mode, shutdown forbidden and other cool features Cons: • App require some bug fixes :) phone rings but don't know show that a voice call coming, notifications could be better, for video call app requirement is fine but it is needed for messages too.. Overall pretty good product! Excellent job WatchOut team.

6 months usage review: This is essentially a very expensive phone with catchy colored watch straps ! GPS 'accuracy' will give u sleeplessness as it would show ur kids location no where near actual. Most of the time its 'cannot locate' if the kid is beyond couple of kms range. It will show "device switched off' most of the time if u try to use the feature 'remote listening'. Only decent reliable feature of this watch is the 'calling' function. Even if the watch says off line, calls gets thru most of the time (SIM dependent again). Most of the features works in close proximity, however anything beyond 2 kms range depends on your luck. Battery life pretty bad max 3-4 hrs. If the kid use any features even modestly (as they r supposed to) battery would be dead in no time. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE by an stretch of imagination. The strap broke within couple of weeks and had to be repaired. No software update till date. Product feedback to the manufacturer doesnt elicit any action, though they hear u out. Very long way to go on overall product quality n claims. Its just a very expensive phone with colorful watch straps, that works as a phone most of the time. Will not recommend at all at this price point. Its just a phone
