Why does it say this is also a washing tub? Can you fill it with water?

I only used it as a laundry basket. I’ve never tried it as a tub. It’s perfect for our needs since it can collapse to where we can store it next to the washing machine. I love it because I used to trip over the old basket.

Is this basket really only 10” high when expanded?

The height of this basket is about 10.6 inches.

Can you nest two of these together to save on storage space when not in use?

Yes, two of these laundry basket can stack together for space saving when folded.

are the measurements for the base of the tub or the top of the tub?

22.8" x 17.5" are the measurements across the top of the tub
