can these templates be used with water colors?

Hi, you can use watercolor. When using watercolor, try to make the watercolor with less water, and try to keep it dry when dipping the pen to prevent penetration.

The stencil are good quality. I doubt they are cut in china. I am satisfied with them. the variety and sizes. I would recommend them if you need or want a good size frame for medium to smaller trees. Size is exact 8×8 I think. I think the set is nice.

I need to know what is size of each square in template to see if how trees will fit on canvas?

8"×8". The sheets have six little trees and the tree line sheets with deer and without can be used to make different sizes. The largest trees are as wide almost as the stencils with the exception of the tree trunk it has the height.
