I have no clue what it does technically. Complaints are pain due to varicose veins and swelling of feet. Used it for two minutes. daily and there seems to be some relief. How - I do not know. But it did work. The product is of good quality. But I figure it will break if you drop something heavy on it. The spines are sharp and standing on them is uncomfortable at first. Tried sitting on a chair and placing feet alternatively on the mat. Then after a few days tried standing. Haven't gone beyond two minutes. It is not an easy thing to do, but it works.

Good quality but the magnets are not sticked properly it. Product is nice and worth it.

All most year I was getting swelling pain & electrical shock like when I saw it thought of giving it a try in few days all the pain swelling started to subside pain al most gone block blood started flowing some time get electric shocks like I use it for sometime.
