This yoga mat has completely transformed my practice. I’m a beginner & the built-in hand and foot placement guides take all the guesswork out of alignment and make every pose feel more balanced and secure. The mat is super grippy and the cushioning strikes the perfect balance between comfort and stability. The placement lines are incredibly helpful — they’ve made my transitions smoother and my poses more consistent. I love how it shows me positions for basic poses down the center. As a Boomer who is a beginner to yoga this mat has been very helpful in easing my way into yoga so that I can better enjoy my passion of snowboarding. The mat assists me with proper placement of my hands and feet. I really like the length of this mat and and the thickness is comfortable. The mat seems to be of high quality and even came with care instructions. For the price I think this is a great value.

This mat is a great tool for newer yoga practitioners or even experts who want a high quality, long, and thick mat for yoga. The hand and feet placements really helped me as someone who is completely new. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants start learning yoga.

I'm in love with this yoga mat!!! I'm not a beginner in yoga but I think to use this mat to reinforce my hand and foot placement for triangle postures, and everything else. It's a great mat to guide you in your practice. The only thing is if you use in a regular vinyasa flow, for example, and you came into warrior 1 or 2 the foot placement may get a little confusing since let's your right foot is forward and left is back you have to align your right heel to your left arch. So the mat may not seem practical in that instance since the foot placements are either on the left or on the right and you have to shift or move or back leg to align with the front leg. So that why I suggest using it as a guide when practicing flows. But it's definitely useful when you want to spend time practicing postures and reinforcing foot and hand placement. I'm probably not making sense! I'm trying to explain it the best that I can. Overall, this is an excellent mat I'm truly in love with it and excited to keep using it to continue improving my practice.

Only reason I give this mat 3 stars is because I personally dont like its lack in grip. Nice detail, thickness is good.

The mat itself is very comfortable. And, the basic moves shown with hand and foot placement are great. I only wish that there were more moves offered.

I love my Copy Cat Yoga mat. It is a good thickness. My feet do not slip. Plus it is long enough for me - at 6 foot a lot of mats are too short. But my favorite feature is the handy markings to show you how to do a pose and where to place your hands and feet. As the instructor tells me to go into a pose I just have to glance down and make sure I am in the correct position. I like it so much that I have two mats. One at the studio for class and one at home for practice. Excellent investment for your yoga adventures.

This is my favorite yoga mat that I have ever used. It is long for those of us who are taller and it is thick which provides an amazing amount of support. This is the only mat that I have found that doesn’t slide or stretch during my practice. I would highly recommend this product.
