How much weight can it hold? I was looking at another one that can hold 400 pounds and curious about this one.

That completely depends on how the weight is loaded/distributed. I would not consider this to be capable of handling 400 lbs. I would definitely have the wheels OFF if loading with anything but garden implements. The Bottom shelf would be the most capable when it comes to heavy items.
