Great gel
Great taste and settles well. Some gels don’t sit well with my stomach so this was a huge plus. Also high sodium content which is helpful during Texas summers

It's really good!
I was bummed when they discontinued the Black Berries & banana. This definitely made up for it. It taste really good. It's definitely apart of my marathon training fuel routine.
