I’m taking away 1 star, not for the taste because they are delicious but the way it was packaged, 2 bags were smashed together and cookies were crushed

Blah and meh!
Not like a traditional macaroon cookie, that is delicate, crunchy and melt in your mouth. It’s like shredded coconut clusters that you shew and take for ever to swallow. It taste like “healthy food” with a ton of sugar, Not my cup of tea.

Perfect for a coconut sweet treat
Was looking for an organic sweet treat and this works. They do stick together. I put them in the refrigerator because they are slightly moist. Very low carb, strong coconut taste. I didn't detect any vanilla. I think they are on the expensive side so this would not be a regular purchase for me. I paired them with organic Vita Coco Milk, which comes in a BPA-free Tetra Pak and is also low calorie and low carb and tastes great; that milk brand is a regular staple for me.

Yummy!
I don't eat white or brown sugar so I was pleased to find a cookie that was sweetened with agave. I love these. Someone like my husband who eats Devil Dogs and Oreos probably won't like these because they taste healthy (yet delicious). I even created a desert which I really look forward to eating. I put a cookie in the microwave to warm up then put a few slices of banana, a scoop of vanilla coconut yogurt, some walnuts and pecans which I roasted in the oven then drizzle the whole thing with maple syrup. To me this is pure decadence but pure yummy delight.

Worth the price?
So I paid $15 for this little 6oz bag, was supposed to get two as it days in the description or I wouldn't have even thought about it. They are small, and the taste is just like macaroons but a more crumbly texture. It says soft and chewy, it wasn't chewy. It was soft and on the dry side, which is why the crumbles. I definitely prefer the cheaper, Chewier, softer macaroons that u get fresh from the local grocery bakery.
