My 1 Year old eats it
I ordered this dry fruit mix powder after checking its nutrient count. I give this to my son with his banana milkshake to cover the calorie deficit. Pistachios dominate the taste, but what matters is that my child accepts it. So 20-30gms daily should help you towards your goal of weight gain. Try it!

best choice for kids ....
This mix is good to be use as masala milk and in sweets too. It's not coarse. I blend a spoon of the mix, jaggery powder, pinch of turmeric with hot milk and have it everyday. Really nutritious.

Somewhat expensive but worth it.
Mixes well with Milk and Date Syrup to give great taste. Seems a bit expensive, and it probably is, but good products like this are worth that price.
