Unfortunately i am sure the drops did exceed 130 degrees since our temps were in the upper 90s and it was in a hot closed in ups truck all day

I had a similar issue called theratears recommende temp is 51 to 85 degrees

Is this the gel or the regular thera tears formula?

It's a gel. You can tell by the way it makes your vision less clear for a few minutes. It is easy to use, but I don't think it is very effective for my dry eyes. It leaves a brownish residue and gums up my eyelashes. I have found something better without those drawbacks.

Does one single use container allow for 2 drops in each eye 3 times a day? How many drops can I expect in one container?

Yes. There are about 5 or 6 drops in each single use vial. These Liquid Gel drops are for nighttime use. I try to put them in my eyes once I'm in bed and then not open my eyes again until hours later. I will reuse a vial within 24 hours if there is any left, but after that I will discard the vial. These drops contain no preservatives, like bottled drops do, so it's really not safe to reuse a single use vial for longer than a few hours.

These drops arrived from Amazon very hot exposed to the high temps for a long time, will it damage the product?

As long as the temperature did not exceed 130* F then the product is good to go.
