Great motherboard! Fits nicely inside our new Corsair Frame case. Lots of connectivity. I dont know much about pcs but it was easy enough for me and my 9yo to setup a pc and get it working.. with a little help from chatgpt :)

MSI B550M PRO-VDH WiFi - Very well specced, aasy to work on ..but
The 'but'? Someone decided it would be a great idea, on a board specifically designed to fit in tight confines, to place the usb 3 socket sideways onto the side edge. How can you not know that the front panel usb3plugs are large, the cables thick and inflexible and space very limited. The answer of course is to connect it before putting the board into the case. For me, and you if your not careful, I simply had to remove every other connection to the board, carefully straighten the pins bent trying to plug the cable in in situ, then attach this usually last connection to be made, put the board carefully in place,screw it into place, reattach all the previously detached and declare job done. Not so much a 'design fault', more like someone's sick idea of a good joke. Apart from that, great board, great features and easy to work on.

Ram compatibility issue don't buy this board
Please be aware that if you buy this board you will have real problems finding ram that is compatible with it I've had nothing but problems with this so sent it back and still waiting for my refund

Excellent boards, little to fault upgraded Wifi/BT
Well perhaps a few minor points, none of which are a serious issue. Layout is good, even more so for larger GPU's which can take up more slots - on many you'll have the bottom slot spare (2-2.5 slot ones) I bought one of each one with WiFi one without as I had a card for one board. The spec has been upgraded to AMD/MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 / 5.3. A nice bonus Solid BIOS, easy to navigate good useful features such as 2oz copper, excellent thermals and heatsink. Whilst it's not a major overclock type board, it has most of what you want 2 x M.2 slot and 4 SATA. It has enough tweaking to satisfy non mega OC users. Drawbacks would have liked 10Gbps USB ports (these are 5Gbps), 6 on the back and an internal header for 2 on the case, and internal USB 2.0. Probably enough and not a huge issue for me personally. You do get a USB-C header which can be used for the case front (or by a back adapter/socket) Nice boards take up to 128GB, well laid out and feels quality. Good price for what you are getting. Yes it's AM4 but with DDR5 prices as they are, honestly this platform is good enough. Recommended

Happy with it.
Bought this to replace my Gigabyte B450 motherboard, this one is a nice smaller size, has the right amount of SATA ports i needed, 2 M.2 slots, a spot for my sound card and the Bluetooth works fine with my Dual Scenes controller. The motherboard worked fine with my Ryzen 5 3600 straight away... so i don't know what the other reviews are on about with the board constantly rebooting.... no problems so far for the time i have had it.. This is my first time using a MSI motherboard as i have always bought Gigabyte motherboards..... figured this time i might try something different.... and i am pretty happy with it...
