What size do i need for a whole chicken?

This is way to small. You can only expand it to about a 3 inch diameter. I would go up 2-3 sizes. Sorry I am not sure what # that would be.

what size netting will work best with pork loin ? not the small one pound loins but the bigger loins. thank

I use this size on " canadian" bacon

how much heat can this withstand?

I went up to 400 degrees on mine.
