I already use this companies products, I've recently started to use their rosemary topical solution that truly started helping me. So I figured why not use their shampoo? Now, is this a clarifying shampoo? It's not, because it's safe to use everyday. Does it clean your scalp like a clarifying shampoo? Yes it does But, it does not strip your hair of the essentials, it also doesn't dry your scalp and hair out, because for me it has left my hair soft each time to the point where I don't need conditioner at all. I follow the instructions as they say cover your hair first with the shampoo, leave for a minute, wash off, then use again and rub onto the scalp. Since using this shampoo, my hair is not only much thicker, but also darker, and more importantly my scalp stopped itching from the hard water when showering. This with the rosemary topical that they offer has really made a difference within my hair growth. I’ve only been using this shampoo for a short time, so it’s still too early to speak on long-term hair growth results, but so far I like it. So I use their foligrowth and 3-6-9 formula with essential fish oils and fatty acid which both are good although the prices keep going up which is getting a lil silly . You don't need the dht blockers if you take finasteride ..0.25 mg every other day is a good dose that works and reduces sides . As far as this shampoo I've bought it I haven't used it much while yes they're good ingredients It leaves my hair kinda crappy looking . Also it says use up to 3 times a day which is absolutely ridiculous...over washing is worse thing you can do , I believe this is to sell more product but horrible advice. I been using nizoral forthe ketakonizole 2x a week . I've now cut out all shampoos all together and just use raw eggs ( 2 yolks 1 egg white ) I add a teaspoon a RAW honey and a lil 100% aloe . Eggs nourish your hair like no shampoo can ...while natural shampoo is obviously better than non natural you still can eat the shampoo which means it's not truly natural . You leave the egg / raw honey / aloe ( some just do eggs which is fine but I like to add a lil raw honey or even 100% natural maple syrup and lil 100% aloe leaves hair fully nourished and will help hair growth over any shampoo out there. I then use a non oily rosemary , peppermint , castor , tea tree , ginger , rice extract spray everyday . 2x a week overnight before the egg wash ill use pumpkin seed oil , argon oil , rosemary , cedar wood , castor , and few others but this will leave your hair very oily so wrap your head in a clean silk cap so doesn't get all over pillow. In morning do your egg wash . The other nights I do use a lil minoxidil , sterioxl , tretenoian mix ( with the tret you only need to do once a night ) I only use the foli- growth and 3-6-9 from tricolgy ..I don't use their D3 liquid as you need K2 with it for your body to fully absorb the D3 so I use Berg D3 -K2 ( only 17 bucks for liquid or capsule ) you'll want to use an electric massager for tpoicals ( this is different than the 20 minute head massage in am and pm ( videos on how to do that masage ) I then micro needle 0nce every 5 days ( if just starting do once a week till you work up to once every 4 or 5 days . You'll want to use a good 1mm derma stamp not roller . Or derma pen works good too . I take a collagen protein(I use ancient nutrition powder in my coffee every morning as collagen production is vital for skin and hair ) if you do the powder drink lemon water every day as that will break up any stones starting to form in kidneys ( or just get capsule form ) I do use red light therapy which I have one on a stand that I pull down over about 6 inches from scalp then after 10 minutes I'll use a laser comb ( or just buy a helmet with both but I already had the hairmax laser comb so instead of buying whole new unit I just got the red light separately which I can use simultaneously like the helmets do ) next you can get a cheap inversion table and you'll want to work up to an hour in am and an hour in pm but start with 20 and 20 . I do my scalp massage( not the electric massager I use for topicals but the longer session with hand techniques ( you should do this the whole 20 minutes your inverted and major blood will flow into your scalp ) Last is diet which you wanna eat a lot of fish , red meat , ( both contain essential fats , chicken good too but you won't get as much fat so eat the skin too ) basically a carnivore clean diet. Also get a shower head filter ( I got a good one on here for 19.99 ) change it every 3 months . You don't want to be showering and using Hard water with chlorine , flouride , heavy metals . I even filter my spring water as there's stuff in there too . Get a lot of sleep I up my melatonin at night using melatonin gummys ( I use hims since I get my finasteride there anyway ) good 8 hours a night minimum and melatonin is great for hair too . That's pretty much my routine . You can also use Aztec biotene clay for hair on occasion if low on eggs . Even pure beef tallow too which both can be used on hair and face with great results . So throw your shampoos and conditioners in the trash . Everything I mention you can consume which is the true natural way. Even through minixidil and finasteride are not technically natural you can consume both and it's just a good base .add everything else I mention and you'll see crazy results

This company is legit. They are not scammy like many other hair product companies. They do a lot of research and are very science based. I have been using their products for years. This review is on the dht shampoo. It works really nicely and is a compliment to a good hair care routine. Do not rely on this alone. This product is gentle and cleanses great, it does not dry your scalp. Highly recommended.
