Is this the same one that sells for a $160 locally?

yes Amazon has been full retail or more for a few years now. The honeymoon is over - the brick and mortar shops are gone.

Where can you get more drawer dividers, assumed it came with a full set for three drawers?

Search Milwaukee packout accessories

I am looking for a way to mount the 3 drawer and 2 drawer packout to the wall of my trailer. Does milwaukee make something for that?

Yes, they sell mounting clips that look like the top of a packout box. Mount it to just about anything.

Why will Milwaukee only give you one set of dividers that’s so dirty. Like stop trying to make extra money in Accessories

That is where it is at. just like when they make a tool that only takes one special blade like multi tools
