DONGJI Hand Grips
Excellent way to strengthen hands, wrists and forearms. I previously purchased one of these made by ACF. The spring broke after 10 months. This one by DONGJI is a very similar design as the ACF one but the grips are covered in a soft rubber making it very comfortable to grip.

Well built and the adjustable resistance makes this a winner! Edit 2/13/17...the spring broke today, less than 6 months old. Changed from 5 stars to 3 .

Strong Hands built by Dongji
Funny manufacturer name - don't let it fool you. It will pump - your hands up. After using this product I now have a most excellent and manly handshake. Guaranteed to get you a promotion at work within 3 months of use!

Nice device for strengthening grip.
Easy to use, like the fact that it's adjustable. The handle is a little short, but still works well. I like this when I work on my computer mouse/keyboard as it helps with the fatigue I get when I'm working on editing pics. Would recommend this.

Handgrips
The handgrip strengthener broke within the first week. I was not able to adjust the spring in order to change the strength of the handgrips. I would appreciate receiving a new one at no charge. Thank you

Adjustable Tension
The adjustable tension on these grippers is really nice. You adjust the tension as your grip gets stronger. This one is very nice.

Great for weak Hands on Older People.
I fined these grips perfect for me. I am 61 so they work great. If you work out often these are not strong enough. I have trouble with weekness in my hands since my heart attack and the Dongji grips work great for me getting strength back into my grip.
