Can you please post a manual or link to access instructions for charging?

The charging instructions are also included in the manual. I'll post them here as well. HEADLIGHT CHARGING Charge Time Duration: ~ 6 Hours Charging Light Indicator: Red Full Light Indicator: Green HEADLIGHT BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR Green Indicator: 100-30% Capacity Red Indicator: 30-10% Capacity Flashing Red Indicator: 10-1% Capacity TAILLIGHT CHARGING Charge Time Duration: ~ 1.5 Hour Flashing Green Light: Charging Solid Green Light: Charge Complete TAILLIGHT BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR Green Light: 100-30% Capacity Flashing Green Light: 30-0% Capacity

Can this charge plugged into a standard usb port, or only usb-c?

There are multiple generations of USB ports out there. The USB is a later type of port not interchangeable on the same charger with older ports without it being supplied with cabling for it originally. Getting a USB C charger or even just the right cable for a PC should not be a major challenge. Try a search on Amazon for all this and you'll get a good overview of what's available. Good luck..

the lamp fails to lock onto the mount resulting in it detach repeatedly while riding.how do i get a replacement mount?

I assume you are too late to return or warranty the light. Maybe the vendor could help in any case. Some of these folks are actually helpful. I solved a problem with a tail light assembly that needed another mount., Actually found another light with a similar mounting system where extra mounts were available for a reasonable price. Works great. You may be able to do the same thing with the handlebar mounted head lamp. Good luck.

How to buy another bracket?

Bike lihht

This is a great light for my bikes. This light is easy to install, the light produces enough light to see by when its really dark out & I'm doing a night ride.I highly recommend this light.

Very Bright

Arrive on time. Appears very well built. Aluminum exterior is a nice touch. I prefer the flash mode which this unit has. Purchased for my commuter bike because I left my other light on my road bike (which is out of town) and needed another light. Figured I would just buy a cheap-ish light and found this one. For the price, very impressed.

Great light poor attachment.

The light itself is powerful and has good battery life. However the plastic attachment shattered after a month. Maybe I had it on too tight or maybe just got unlucky with a bad piece. My partners headlight (same one) is still holding strong.

Product arrived damaged

The product arrived damaged, it does not have the cover on the charging connector on the back lamp, it does not work and it has rusty screws, it looks like second-hand equipment

Super bright light for either a bike or an electric scooter

This is a great light with a rechargeable ion battery. 2500 lumens to light up the night with no issue. What I like best is the light can be set for either low medium or high depending upon your needs. Very heavy, and very well made, great quality piece at an excellent affordable price

Excellent light, horrible mount. CS was the reeming factor.

I wanted to like this light. It holds a charge well and the light is incredibly bright at 1000 lumens. However the mount is almost all plastic and it broke immediately upon installation. I figured this must be a defect so I ordered a replacement which also failed in exactly the same spot, also upon first install attempt.I contacted the seller and they acknowledged the issue and offered a full refund but were not able to offer a sturdier replacement mount which is a shame as these lights won't be able to be used for its intended purpose.

Excellent excellent

I paid less than 25 dollars. My 299 dollar light isn’t even as good and bright as this one. Definitely buy. I purchased another because I loved it so much. Great battery life and easy mounting
