I have a bernese mountain dog who is about 110 lbs, will this fit her well? thanks!

They fit my 140lb Great Dane well!

Any small size for Chihuahuas?

I would not recommend for Chihuahuas, these goggles are perfect for Medium to Large breeds.

is the blue tint one actually blue when you look through it, or are both the blue and silver the same tint when looking through them?

Yes, both the blue and silver goggles have the same tint when looking through them.
