I needed a new meat thermometer as mine just stopped working. This one came highly recommended so I was eager to try! The temperature appears almost instantly when inserted into the meat. This thermometer is super easy to use. Really love the large LCD display, the extra battery included, and the magnetic back. I keep it stuck to the side of my fridge where I can always find it exactly when I need it. I've never had strong feelings about a meat thermometer before but I LOVE this one!
