Great stuff. Why have sucrose when you can halve the amount and tripple the zing...fruit sugar heavenly.

Nice sugar
I've had different brands of fruit sugar and they all carry a hint of the flavour of the fruit they are extracted from. This has had a hint of apricot about it.
