What is the difference between the fresh whole egg and the scrambled egg blend?

The scrambled egg blend also contains dry milk and oil, in addition to eggs. Just look at the pix of the ingredients label for each product.

How does this compare to augason farms dried egg product ?

If you're making scrambled eggs, the Scrambled Egg Mix is fluffier and tastier. If you're using in a recipe, the Dried Whole Egg Powder would be best.

label says 2 tbsp = 92 servings; 1/4 cup = 1 egg; how many tbsp in a 1/4 cup?? seems the "92 servings" is not true

There are 4 tbsp in 1/4 cup. So if 1 egg is equal to 1/4 cup of egg powder, you really only are getting the equivalent of 46 eggs. The 92 servings is inaccurate. I have never heard of using 1/2 egg.
