Dream and Lean is a breakthrough in night time fat loss helping the body burn stored fat after glycogen stores In the liver are utilised. While at rest the body needs fuel for breathing, brain function and temperature control. The unique blend of amino acids in Dream and Lean supports fat storage burn while you sleep which will enable you to wake up leaner and lighter. Some amino acid properties in Dream and Lean include Arginine, Glycine and Proline. Arginine is added to many supplements for its amazing nitrogen retention ability. Nitrogen as you may be aware is one of the key elements in muscle protein synthesis. But mostly it facilitates muscle mass gain while limiting fat storage, because it keeps fat alive in the system and uses it. It's key in weight control. Due to its roles in the central nervous system and the digestive system, glycine can help boost energy levels, balance blood sugar and prevent fatigue. It can even be used to calm anxiety or nervousness that keeps you up at night and gets in the way of getting good sleep — plus it helps directly bring nutrients to cells and tissue for energy at all times of the day. Proline helps the body break down proteins for use in creating healthy cells in the body. With these combined, you can be sure to get a restful nights sleep and know you are burning fat at the same time.

Great for JOINTS :)!!!
This is a supplement that I find very interesting. When I initially ordered it, I had read the ingredients and was looking for a different use overall. The label:Collagen 1500 mg per 2 pills/evening.My experience has been to take this for a few weeks now and I will say there weren't any side effects. This is also gentle on the stomach. Something worth noting. You may be wondering what collagen is supposed to do.....From what I have read and what I know, it is extremely beneficial for more than subtle weight loss. Collagen is also known to help achy joints and provide anti-aging benefits. I ordered it specifically to help with my knees. I have kicked up my working out and heard collagen is a great addition to the supplement family to help with the rigid feeling that I often feel after running. I felt this supplement was worth a try. In terms of weight loss, you will need to try that for yourself. This has the possibility of helping and numerous studies support the theory that collagen helps. In terms of helping my knees (I am 39), I gave this supplement 4 stars because it is helping a lot!!! Who knew? Regarding weight loss, I don't step on the scale often....can't really say I have noticed a lot here....However, it is working wonders for my knees :)! YAY! This is also cheaper than most of the collagen supplements on the market today. Try it for yourself....I think you will be thrilled!I took 2 per night approximately 1 hour prior to bed. It did not affect my sleeping pattern in the least. There weren't any negative effects. Felt like a normal day.The pills are a powder in a capsule form. They are extremely easy to swallow. No worries. This supplement is made in the USA!! No fake ingredients....a great thing!Overall, I will order this product again. It seems like a pretty good quality. Let me know if this review helps.I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest and fair review.
