Can you tell me what way round do these have to be positioned as there are 2 gaps in them?

The drain caps should be positioned so that the largest gap is at the bottom. This design ensures optimal water drainage from the window. When properly installed, the cap will allow water to escape through the large hole. Please ensure the largest hole is towards the bottom when fitting the drain caps. Thank you.

Do you do these in anthracite grey please?

Thank you for your enquiry, the JCP round drain caps are available in white only. You can purchase grey oblong drainage caps that may suit your needs from Amazon here https://www.amazon.co.uk/JCP-Anthracite-Window-Drainage-Windows/dp/B0933K7QGK Thank you.
