Good value, handy exercise device
Good value, lightweight, portable, easy to store under a table, etc. Small surface area, but is fine for my woman's size 7 feet. So handy to pull out and exercise anytime! Spin disc rotates smoothly, works the core, helpful for ballroom dancers to improve turning skills.
