X-ACTO(R) SchoolPro(R) Electric Pencil Sharpener, 001670 It has 6 sizes for pencils of lots of pencil sizes. But do not use with colored pencils, because you shouldn’t mix styles of pencils.

Where can I find a slip on eraser for this large pencil?

I'm not sure that there is one that is made for this particular pencil. If there is; I have yet to see it. Perhaps you might contact Dixon to find out if they can be of help. Otherwise the next best route would be to carry a "bar" eraser such as "pink pearl".

Can I use these for 2nd and 3rd graders?

You can, but most 2nd and 3rd graders use regular sized pencils.
