Can this be used on pool tile?

No. I ended up returning these decals because I found the quality of the image inadequate for placing as a backsplash. In terms of adhesive I don’t think it would hold up

Will this adhere to painted wood?

I used my stick tiles to my wall. I can’t say for sure, but I believe it will adhere to painted wood.
