Would we get a free upgrade if we have it on PS4?

You only get a free ps5 upgrade if you buy the ultimate ps4 edition not standard ps4 edition.

Why is this $142 on ps5?!

Probably a 3rd party seller attempting to price gouge. Retail, brand new, disk or digital is no more than $39.99 at this point in time

Yes this is a disk. It would say otherwise if it was not
