What are the dimensions of the Booty Kicker?

Assembled size is 37 inches tall, 38 inches wide, 34 inches deep. It folds down to 5 inches tall with weight rack (3 inches tall without weight rack). The wooden barre is 38 inches wide, has a diameter of 1.75 inches.

What size hand weights do you recommend on the weight rack?

Weights are NOT included. They hold 3 sets of weights. You can use any sized weights you wish, for example recommend 3lb, 5lb, and 10lb. The weight racks are made of steel, and the openings are approximately 1.5” wide and 2” deep.

How long does it take to assemble?

About 15-30 minutes to put it together. Printed instructions are included, but we also feature a Step-by-Step installation video.

Can you remove the banner?

Yes, the nylon logo cloth banner is stretchy, and can easily be taken off or put back on.

What about pushing and pulling Barre exercises?

It can support a maximum of 250 pounds pushing straight down. The angled design allows for pulling exercises. If you store hand weights in the rack, it becomes even more stable for pulling exercises.
