Works! Little difficult to cut watermelon, but not too bad.

Maybe it's me, but I couldn't seem to make a nice, clean cut.

Somewhat fragile.

This makes cutting watermelon difficult, as for the thing to male little melon balls it just makes mush.This was a waste of money not only for the cutter but it destroyed the last watermelon of the season which cost me $6.99. Both are in the refuse bin.Also arrived late...

I ordered this SmartGoodiez stainless watermelon slicer because I have been seeing them all over the Internet and knew that I needed one to add to my kitchen utensils. Since it's summer now, my kids love to eat watermelon at home, and I often use watermelon to make fruit trays for parties and gatherings. Ever since I received this watermelon slicer this week, I can already feel the difference it's making in my life! It's so much easier for me to cut watermelon and faster too, so I save lots of precious time in the kitchen. Also this comes with the little melon scooper which is neat for carving out smaller melons into circle shapes. Those make for great decoration in fruit trays! I like to make flower designs with them and plan to try out other designs too. I get my inspiration from Pinterest mostly.Advantages:-Stainless steel utensil, so I don't need to worry about harmful ingredients like Nickel in the manufacturing of it.-Ergonomic design makes it really easy to hold and store. Keep in mind the first few times you use it, it may hurt your hand because it takes some getting used to.-Dishwasher safe so I don't need to worry about cleaning it myself.
