I used to have the straight version that doesn't fold in both vehicles so when out I could keep my bum clean. I would put it in a plastic shopping bag and felt very self-conscious carrying it to the bathroom. This item allows me to slip it in my pants or shorts pocket or in a jacket pocket. It works well. when placing toilet paper on the one end hold it my that section not the base of the wand as this will put undo stress on the hinge. I have bought one for my GF to carry in her purse and I have one in each vehicle.

So this will be my third purchase, one for home, one for my second home, where I go every 3 months and one for travel. I use this with Cottonelle wipes and the wipes stay on just fine. Toilet paper can be tricky but with the wet wipes this is a must have for people who have had back surgery, both shoulders replaced, another spinal fusion, elbow surgery with screws and now knee surgery. I am so full of pins, rods and screws that it is virtually impossible for me to be able to reach back and clean good. This tool has been a life saver. Not to mention, being able to have my dignity back. Being able to go #2 without help. That was the most humiliating thing I've ever had to go through. So thank you to whoever came up with this gadget. I am forever grateful to you.

A somewhat discrete tool that aids someone who has severe arthritis to be able to reach and clean themselves sufficiently after a restroom break. It can be folded and placed in its own carrying bag which can be easily cleaned and carried in most handbags discreetly.

very thick and bulky to put in purse. it does not suit the purpose I needed it for.

I haven’t used it as yet but have had others with the same design so I don’t foresee any use issues. What I love is that it is very compact and can easily be taken with me and put in my purse when I’m away from home. I intend to pack some cleaning wipes with it to avoid contamination issues.

The handle on the foldable one, breaks too easily. It breaks right at the foldable joint. I may be to heavy with it, but I want to be clean also. The foldable ones fit in the little bag and sit well in the the flap on the back of my wheelchair, whereas the straight ones seems to show to much because they do not fold. I love the results I get from them. The are my forever bottom buddy.

If you push the button at end of handle it does not easily release the paper. Most often you have to peel the paper off with your fingers. Not ideal!

It was basically very easy to use and effective. The paper didn't dislodge from the device as easily as I'd hoped, but I'm still working on that.

This is a great medical aid to assist anyone who has difficulty in washing or wiping your private parts. The design is perfect, and the cute bag that you can carry it in with you is very nice. I had two frozen shoulders, and had great difficulty in trying to wipe myself. This aid is easy to use and so glad that someone thought to design this. Very happy with my purchase.

I had surgery to my shoulder and needed assistance for daily task such as going to the toilet. The problem with this device is that it can fold . When you use it, it folds back in two. The opening of the fold should be on the opposite side so that when you put a little pressure on it, it does not fold.
