Is it loud? Many of these are really loud when you roll over on them.

It isn’t as loud and it’s been a year since I last used it so can’t remember but after a full day of hiking I was fast asleep so it wasn’t making an impact for me if it made loud noise rolling on it. Hope this helps

What is the R value for insulation?

The R-value of this pad is 2.2, which will keep you warm and cozy during cold nights. We do not recommend using it in below freezing temperatures. Happy Camping!

Why in the video it says 74x24 but description says 22?

Hello, Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the recent supplier issue with our 24-inch wide pad, which led us to adjust our listing to 22 inches. As a result, we needed to change all of our listing images to reflect the new size. Additionally, we have requested Amazon to take down our video until this matter is fully resolved. We value our customers input and we would like to know if you prefer the 24-inch pad for more sleeping space, or would you find a slightly smaller size more convenient for your backpacking needs? Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us tailor our products to better suit your preferences. James and Priscilia Tame Land - Owners

Will it bend to fit in a folding chair/chaise lounge like for a long cushion?

Hello Laura, yes, these pads can fit in a folding chair. The width of the pad is 24 inches/ 74 inches long. Traditional folding chairs are around 18 inches wide, so you might have a little extra pad on each side. We reccomend blowing up the pad half way. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else. Happy camping!
