What is the product manufacture date?

There is no date on the bottle and I threw away the box before I realized the perfume was not authentic Issey.

Dear seller, the product is genuine? It is sealed with paper seloyan as in freeshopp? Few ml contains? Thank you.

all our products are 100% authentic, direct from the manufacturer. They are all sealed in cello wrap directly from the mfg.

how does the refill bottle work or do you need to have a dispenser that is refillable to use it?

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience but this bottle isn't a refillable one.

What is return procedure? If any in this case.

#1 MOST COMPLIMENTED 20+ Yr FAVE! Never fails to get compliments. People have told me they purchased the fragrance, lotion etc after smelling on me. I’ll get bored & switch to something new, BUT ALWAYS GO BACK TO THIS. But only the ORIG. L’EAU D’ISSEY - I’m not sold on the newer versions. Fresh, clean, aquatic, with a subtle spicy kick that sets it apart from the traditional “fresh-citrus/floral”. Try it - I promise you’ll LOVE IT!

Not authentic

This is a great smell, but definitely not authentic. It has more of a rose-like scent and doesn’t last nearly as long. For the price, this is a solid perfume though.
