Replacement perfect
Worked perfectly and easy to install.

Perfect fit and function.
good quality product. It fit perfectly and works just fine. The rubber on my last switch wore out and allowed moister inside which caused the switch to short circuit and fail. This direct replacement works perfectly.

Perfect fit but not always the fix.
I changed this and it worked for a while. Then I thought it went bad again so I changed it again. Well that wasn’t the root cause of the lift gate not opening. Turns out Chevy thought that it would be a good idea to make the relay for the lift gate a non serviceable thing. The lift gate relay is soldered inside the base of the engine compartment fuse panel. To fix it you have to replace the fuse panel base with either a new one from the dealer ($300) or get a used one off EBay ($35) and hope that it doesn’t have the same issue as yours. Worked for me. Lift gate hasn’t missed in several months.
