⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Kenwood XL! Das Auspacken und Anschließen an mein Kenwood-Gerät war kinderleicht – ein Handgriff, und alles war fertig. Ich habe die Nudelwalze jetzt schon mehrmals benutzt, und sie funktioniert einfach perfekt. Das Ausrollen des Teigs klappt wunderbar, man braucht wirklich keine große Kraft oder Mühe. Selbst hauchdünner Teig gelingt im Handumdrehen. Die Handhabung ist super einfach, und die Ergebnisse sind jedes Mal top. Ich kann die Kenwood XL jedem nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

This is essentially a much wider version of the standard Kenwood Lasagna Roller but much more useful. Besides allowing 22cm pan width sheets to be rolled out which would be worth it on its own it also opens up a lot of other options. Filo, Tortilla and Pita bread are practical with the very precise adjustable thickness setting. It also does a great job with rolled Fondant icing! If you buy it in place of the standard width roller you will need to trim the width to use it with the Spaghetti, Linguine, Tagliolini, Fettuccine and Trenette rollers but that is trivial with a knife and a straight edge. You do need a lot more room in front of the mixer to handle the wider sheet but it is much quicker than trying deal with the narrower strips. This was a ‘Set Completion Purchase’ but now I’ve used it I would definitely buy one again. If you are looking at the roller accessories I would consider this one first.
