What about pasties? Will these reapply fashion pasties and keep them in place that have lost their stick?

I bought this product specifically for use with silicone breast petals that had lost the original adhesive. The product works well as long as it’s cool & you don’t perspire. The product loses its adhesive quality if your skin is wet. The larger size breast petals are more difficult to keep in place due to their size & weight. After using the roll on adhesive, you will need to wash your skin where the adhesive was with soap & water, as well as the breast petals. Overall I like the product & would recommend it for purchase.

does this have latex ?

No latex. It is a water based adhesive. Washes off easily with a damp cloth.

Will this work for fabric as heavy as a wedding dress?

If your asking if it will work on fabric next to the skin, I honestly am not sure without trying a small area. I would like to think if the wedding dress is not extremely heavy with beads, material, etc. I would hope it could work for you but I think to be on the safe side, I would definitely try a small area first. Does the glue stay on if you sweat?

Has a tendency to come loose with heavy sweat. But all of the products do as they are water soluble.
