For the last 5 months I have been dealing with a nagging pain between my shoulder blades, that no matter how much my chiropractor tried (and how much i foam rolled), that vertebrae would not move... and it was because my entire upper back felt like a rock. Every morning I woke up feeling like I got in a car accident in my sleep - i was just so tight and sore .... from sleeping! As soon as I saw the notification that Amazon delivered these massage balls, I dropped everything and got right to work. I spent 20 painful minutes releasing the left side of my back from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Every single spot was tight and needed attention. Then I spent a few minutes along my spine on the right side where that stubborn vertebrae was. At that point I felt ready I asked my husband to give me a giant bear hug and POP! That vertebrae that refused to move for 5 MONTHS finally popped back into place! Instant relief! I felt like I could cry I was so happy. I really like them. I tried them once they arrived. I think they helped a lot. But since the surface is smooth, it might not be ultimate to relax bottom feet.
