I can't say it is working. As I can't look in the mirror and see wrinkles disappear just yet. I sleep better, feel better through the day and my digestive system is noticeably working better. At age 67 digestion is very important. So is sleep.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. First of all, so you don't wonder about it as long as I did, the name proBLEN is referring to supplement formulas carefully BLENded by the PROs. It's hard to say how long this will last because you take two sprays, three times per day, but it doesn't say how many sprays are in a bottle. There is 1.0 FL OZ as per the bottle label, but on the box it says 10 FL OZ. The expiration date on mine is Jun 2027, so a little less than three years from now. I sure like tinctures that are made without alcohol. This one has 20% ethanol, and you can tell by tasting it. I am impressed with the blend of other ingredients though. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says none of those. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. There are emails and multiple phone numbers on the bottle and the leaflet inside the box. They have 24-hour customer care. Nice. The box insert says they have been in business since 1997. The problem site is functional and informative. It includes quotes and videos by the company leaders; it's nice to see a company whose leaders are not afraid to put their faces on it. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed by what proBLEN is doing. I avoid alcohol as much as possible, but am quite drawn to this and some of the other blends. If anyone is, as I am, gun-shy about the price, the Subscribe & Save discount helps, and knowing that it is a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better! This stuff has a very strong ethanol flavor, so be prepared for it if you haven't ever used anything like it before. That said, I have no idea how well or if this stuff works at all. I don't notice any acute benefits or negative side effects from using it. I've used as directed, and will continue doing so until the bottle runs out, but it's very hard to judge the efficacy of this stuff as is.
