Review: Great Motivational Piece for Any Leader - Arrived quickly, flawless packing, excellent condition. Feels pleasantly heavy in the hand and seems sturdy except for the thin wire connecting the figurine to the ball-- time will tell how easily it bends/breaks, if at all. I love the quote (I have used it often in the past) and have received numerous compliments on the piece already. It's slightly smaller than I envisioned, but I didn't exactly measure out the dimensions before I clicked purchase. I wish the piece wasn't so expensive, but I really, really wanted it for my desk in my new office and decided to treat myself a little after the promotion. If you're on the fence about it, get it. It is always a nice motivational boost when I need the extra push to make things happen!
