Hi there, the sunshade is included and it is inside the child's backrest. Behind the logo on the back. Please watch the instructions on our website and you will see where it is and how to use it. Thanks

Q: Can you use the extension with another backpack?

You can attached your own backpack to the carrier. Please go to your website and look for tips under instruction page, in the tips document, there is a section shows how to do that.

Q: Are the feet strap adjustable depending on size of child? (Can be moved up or down?

Yes and yes. The ankle straps slide up and down the front of carrier’s shoulder straps. For tall children, you can move the ankle straps low in line with the adult’s diaphragm; for short children you can move the ankle straps high near the adult’s sternum. The length/diameter of the child’s ankle straps are easily adjustable with both Velcro and nylon straps and clips. I can take my 4yo and 18month old on a walk and EASILY switch who rides in the carrier without removing it. I can do this alone and without assistance.
