does it have low level emf? what level does it test?

What is the highest temperature setting?  Higher than  75F?  Can you put it on your bed to sleep on?

The one I have goes up to 75 Celsius (equivalent to 167 Fahrenheit) and the maximum time setting is at 60 minutes.  I have mine on top of a bed which sometimes I fall asleep on/in it and it will shut itself off after 60 minutes.  Hope that helps.

How do you manage sweat

You don't, you will sweat a lot. I purchased the plastic bags to lay in so I don't ruin my Sauna blanket.

Do you lay on this or does it wrap around you?

You can lay it out flat all the way open.  Then You lay on  the right side of blanket then it comes over you and closes with Velcro. It is very strong Velcro and works really great.  I will close it with Velcro on bottom and half way up then slip into it.   You can do it which ever way is easiest for you.  I went to a tanning salon and used their infrared blanket and it worked good but it was very uncomfortable and not very convenient.  I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try.  I have had it over a year and I love it.  Much better to have your own in your home so if you need to use the bathroom you can without worrying about the time will be wasted and you do not get what you paid for.  Also after the use of the wrap you can go in immediately and shower. Since you need to drink a lot of water before using the blanket and during these things are a great help to have close.  This Sauna Blanket also gets to as low or high as you might want so you can set it to your liking and needs.  Good Luck with this it was a wonderful purchase and I have recommended it to friends and family.
