Bought this for making flan’s in my instant pot. Well made and works great.

Super easy to use Flan Mold
I made cream cheese flan in this flan mold pan and it came out so creamy and delicious. I was able to put mold directly on stove top to make the caramel sauce then with gloves on since mold was hot to spread the caramel sauce all around sides. Once mold cooled I added my flan filling to it. Then I put the flan mold with lid on in the oven to bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes in a hot water bath inside another pan. Excellent results. Once completely cooled I ran a knife around mold rim then flipped flan upside-down over on to a plate. I soaked mold for 20 minutes in hot water and was easy to sponge clean, looked brand new again like I never used it. I dried mold well after to prevent any possible rust marks from forming. Arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend and buy again to have 2 on hand.

Enseguida preparé un flan de queso que quedó muy buen. Lo que sí comento, es que el material no es 100% stainless steel, pues cambió su color y no lo recuperó, lo que lo hacer lucir viejo, muy usado.

The handle on the top just came off as I pull it out of the box
Very disappointing. Without the handle is hard to open the lit. I don’t know what to do, or if I can get another one that is not defective
