Herbal Secrets Boswellia Serrata Extract (65% Boswellic Acids) 600 mg 120 Capsules Supplement - Non-GMO - Gluten Free

I take this product to eliminate arthritis and pulled muscle pain, or any inflammation pain I feel in any part of my body. Boswellia Serrata extract is another name for Frankincense. This product has never failed to reduce inflammation and pain for me. Every person is different, so I cannot attest to it working for everyone, but it definitely works wonders for me. I have also used Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil directly to my area of painful inflammation, and the pain disappears. I was experiencing some low back pain, took the Boswellia Serrata Extract capsule and wasn't expecting it to reduce the painful inflammation, but amazingly, the pain disappeared within 20 min. or less. I knew that the oil would work, but wasn't sure if the capsule would have the same healing qualities, so wanted to test it out and am thrilled that the capsule is as healing as the oil. I'm now saving the Frankincense Essential Oil to mix with grapeseed oil or coconut oil to use as a facial moisturizer, and will use the Boswellia Serrata Extract capsules for my inflammation pain reliever product of first choice! It has amazing healing qualities that astound me to no end. UPDATE: I also take Boswellia, Mhyrr capsules, and Olive Leaf Extract capsules, during cold and flu season and it has helped to cut down on the duration of a cold or sore throat. 2016 was the first time in years that I did not get a flu shot. Despite getting flu shots, I always had the flu. I did not get a flu shot in 2016, and I did not get the flu! I owe it to taking Boswellia, Mhyrr (capsule form) and Olive Leaf Extract capsules. What works for me, may not work for you. I'm more than thrilled that the healing properties of Boswellia, Mhyrr, and Olive Leaf work for me. On a rotating basis, I also take other supplements and vitamins. I also take L-Carnosine, a strong antioxidant which aids in keeping internal inflammation down, and when inflammation is down, Boswellia, Mhyrr, and Olive Leaf can do their job better, IMO. But before I started taking L-Carnosine, I was taking Boswellia, Mhyrr, and Olive Leaf on their own, and the three together worked wonders for me.

I have never tried this extract and I am not sure if I've used this company before but I am giving this herbal supplement and this company 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. I was feeling sick on Wednesday, sore throat and stuffy nose, I rarely get colds but I'd been stressed more lately. Thursday, I started this supplement and it's now Saturday and I feel balanced and good again. 2. The price is great 3. You only have to take one pill for it to be effective 4. You get 120 capsules (which are not too big) which means you get 4 months out of this bottle if following the directions of taking one a day. That's 10 cents a day to take one of these - again - why not give it a try? For $12 what have you got to lose? 5. "Boswellia serrata extract is so powerful that today it's considered comparable to NSAID pain relievers. The five biggest benefits of boswellia include lowering inflammation, reducing joint and arthritis pain, helping fight cancer, speeding up healing from infections and potentially preventing autoimmune diseases" from Dr. Axe website on Boswellia - who wouldn't want to try this herb? 6. I struggle with the beginnings of arthritis - I don't take pain medications (aspirin, ibuprofen) unless I am really not feeling well (maybe a few times a year). I started using tumeric and while it has helped - my knees and ocassionally thumbs/elbows still hurt. I have not been taking this long enough to tell but I really hope this helps. I will update my review in a few months to let you know if I see any lessening of the aches in my knees, thumb area, elbows etc. If not, I still feel it's a win/win because this supplement helps fight off cancer. One last thing, inflammation in the body is not good, (arthritis is infalmmation) not just because it causes you pain but because inflammation is often the precurser to more serious illness like cancer/diabeties etc.

I ordered this product because it got really great reviews from other people. I have sciatica and I hate taking any kind of pain medication, but I don't much care for being in pain, either. I had read about Devil's Claw, and that seemed like a good option until I came across a website indicating it could cause internal bleeding if you also take any other kind of aspirin-type pain relievers. Boswellia was given as an alternative, so I turned to Amazon. I ordered this product and had it within 2 days. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks, one in the morning and one at night, and my mobility has greatly increased and my pain level has very much decreased. Still there, but infinitely tolerable, provided I don't totally overexert myself. I am also prone to migraines, and I haven't had one since starting on this product. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a non-narcotic option to pain management.

I've been taking boswellia for about a year now - maybe more. Someone gave me a bottle of this brand as a gift. It seems to work as well as the other brands I had been taking. However, this particular brand stinks and tastes nasty going down. Since it costs about the same as the brand I was taking, I am going back to that brand. I love boswellia for it's help taking the sting out of my arthritis (both RA and OA) and fibromyalgia pain. It is also supposed to be helpful for memory if taken with cucurmin and sunflower lecithin. I found that 9 mg (in three doses) of boron relieves my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain completely, but continue to take boswellia for the memory and aging issues.

This product really keeps my joint pain and inflammation down

I was unfamiliar with Boswellia Serrata Extract (65%) until my chiropractor recommended it for inflammation and pain.I had been using ibuprofen and naproxen extensively for several months to cope with joint, muscle and back pain. I checked with Amazon.com and found Herbal Secrets' formulation that provided double the strength at half the price of what the chiropractor charged. Herbal Secrets Boswellia Serrata also contained the minimum amount of the active ingredient recommended for relief by a variety of independent studies on the effective use of Boswellia Serrata on various forms of inflammation and pain. So I decided to give it a try. I took one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Within three days, I no longer needed ibuprofen or naproxen to manage pain. Being able to move myself off of pain relievers was both a surprise and a great benefit for my longterm health. Unlike other companies that provide a bottle with half product and the remainder cotton wadding, Herbal Secrets completely filled its bottle with product: 120 capsules! I recommend this product and company.
