Forget the BS about MSG and migraines because it was complete fabrication. MSG is a staple in Asian cooking, and brings to much umami flavor to any cuisine. This is perfect to use when you want to boost umami impact and I use it in pretty much anything and everything. This is the brand that my mother used, and not only do I trust the brand for flavor, the quality is always consistently high. This is also a great value, as 16 oz will last you quite some time in a home kitchen. I thoroughly recommend this product.

This bag is well worth the money! The product is high quality, and I like how they give suggested seasoning amounts on the bag (it is very important not to over season). This stuff works great with a huge variety of savory foods (I would recommend using it on meats primarily, but you can use it on whatever you imagine - but I do think sweet, bitter, and sour would probably be an odd pairing) Also, this bag will last me a very long time. Be ready for MSG to take your taste buds to the max! (Also - MSG occurs naturally in a large variety of foods, so I think that is something to take into consideration if you are on the fence)… highly recommend👍

This make your food better. Don't listen to those stuck in the 80's. MSG is not harmful to you anyway different than say using too much salt in your food. The King of flavor! Fuiyoh.

Love this XTRA large bag of MSG - I use it on most everthing I cook and I cook A LOT! Brings out all the flavors that you have put in your cooks. Seriously way less expensive than commercial brand ~Accent. Quality is good, easy to use and clean appearance.

Been using in mostly meat dishes and have noticed a definite uptake in flavor. Will buy this again.
