Clear explanations but no exercises solutions in the book
Clear explanations for a basic understanding of the main concepts of Corporate Finance.Unfortunately, a lot of exercises proposed but no solutions provided in the book.

recycled paper of low quality and black and white printing
The book is not like the original one, on which I used to study at the unversity's library. It is printed in black and white, on a cheap paper (recycled). not worth the full price charged for sure.

No Answers
I had to get this book for a class. OK, I didn't have to, because it's offered digitally by the school. I just like having the book in my hands. I'm old school like that. Anyway, the book is great as far as providing information. So, why did I give it two stars? At the end of each chapter, there are case studies and questions that are designed to check a student's learning. Nowhere in the text are the answers present. I am taking this class online, so I can't just go and ask my instructor for the answers. These are not assignments we are turning in for a grade. It's just something a student CAN do if he or she wants to. Well, I want to, but there is no way for me to validate my answers. Maybe the fifth edition ought to include an answer key so students know they are on the right track?
